Introduction

The Department of Pathology, PGICH was started in the year 2016 with expansion in the year 2016-17.

The department has come a long way, growing slowly yet steadily in its effort to achieve its objectives of providing holistic diagnostic facility for the Paediatric population and provide teaching, training and research in the field of Paediatric Pathology.

Currently the department provides diagnostic facilities in- Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematopathology, Specialized Hematology, Clinical Pathology, supervised by pathologist with expertise and experience in their respective field of diagnostic research and medical education.

Our vision is to establish a state of the art laboratory, to provide comprehensive and quality services in the field of diagnostic pathology and medical research.
